Shipping, Return & Refund

Q: How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

A: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can view all available shipping options with real-time rates and estimated delivery dates directly at checkout before completing your purchase.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Shopify account on our website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available payment options may vary slightly by country.

Q: Are your prices displayed in my local currency?

A: Yes! Our store uses Shopify's geolocation feature to display prices in your local currency whenever possible. You can also manually change the currency using the selector at the bottom of the page. Please note that the final amount charged will be in the store's base currency, and your bank will apply their current exchange rate.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

A: Absolutely. Our Shopify store is fully secured with SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. This means all your personal information and payment data is transmitted securely and never shared with third parties.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make changes.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items in their original, unused, and sealed condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


We do our very best to assist with return requests; however, in cases of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, Ucomshops’ decision regarding returns will be final.

Q: I received a damaged or faulty item. What should I do?

A: We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible

Q: How long do refunds take to process?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you immediately. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
